About
Hi,
my name is Karin Wolf and I am a passionate 3D Artist/ 3D Generalist. Currently, I am working at Rise FX in Stuttgart. I have 3 years of experience working in the VFX Industry working on feature films and series as well as animation movies.
My focus is on realistic and stylized modeling/ sculpting, texturing, and lighting/ look development.
After I successfully graduated from one of the world’s leading 3D Animation & VFX schools, where I also focused on every aspect of the pipeline like animation or compositing, I started to work at Pixomondo, Frankfurt for 2 years. There I worked on several AAA feature films and series including Star Wars: The Mandalorian, Star Trek Discovery, Carnival Row, and many more. During that time i also got nominated for the Draft Selection of the Rookies 2019.
After that, I got the great opportunity to start at Rise. Where I am still working with a great team to bring the next movie and series to life.
I am used to working under tight deadlines and know how to manage all my tasks to get the wanted result in time.
It is the process of creation with fascinates me and how to bring something to life that doesn't exist in a way that you don't think twice if this could be real. And with every project, there is another challenge and new experiences to gain.
